1. What we collect

When you contact us we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. If you buy a license we keep billing and license records.

2. What we do not collect

The Software runs on your own computer. Broker usernames, passwords, TOTP secrets, API keys, access tokens, orders and positions are stored locally on your machine and are not sent to ARV Capital. We will never ask you for passwords, OTPs or API secrets.

3. This website

This website does not use advertising trackers. The contact form opens your own email app; nothing is submitted to our servers.

4. How we use your information

To reply to enquiries, issue and support licenses, send invoices and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Sharing

Only with service providers needed to run the business (for example email, payment processor) or where required by law.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep records only as long as needed for these purposes and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, subject to applicable law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
