1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the website arvcapital.in and of software licensed by ARV Capital, a brand of ARV Consultancy, Om Sree Signet Apartment, Yapral, Hyderabad 500087, Telangana, India ("ARV Capital", "we"), including CopyTrade and TradeMate (the "Software").

2. Software only, no advice

The Software is a tool that helps you manage orders and view market data in broker accounts you own or are authorised to operate. ARV Capital does not provide investment advice, research, recommendations, tips or signals, does not manage funds or portfolios, and does not place trades on your behalf. ARV Capital is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager. Any analytics shown by the Software are mathematical calculations on market data and are not recommendations.

3. License

On payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the term and number of installations or accounts stated in your order. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer or remove notices from the Software except as permitted by law.

Free trial. We may offer a free trial of the Software for 7 days. Trials are limited to one per user and per broker account, are provided as-is, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. The trial license ends automatically after 7 days unless you purchase a plan; no payment is taken for the trial.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for every order placed through the Software and for its outcome.
  • You must comply with your broker's terms, exchange rules and SEBI regulations, including any rules on API access, algorithmic trading, static IP registration and operating accounts of other persons.
  • You must only connect accounts you own or are legally authorised to operate.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API keys, TOTP secrets and the computer running the Software secure.
  • You must obtain and pay for any broker API subscriptions you need.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is". Markets, broker APIs, networks and exchanges can fail or change without notice. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that orders will be placed, filled, copied or exited as intended.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARV Capital is not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, slippage, broker or exchange charges, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the license fee you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Fees, taxes and refunds

Fees are as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase, plus 18% GST. Refunds are not offered once a license is activated; please contact us before purchase with any questions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your license if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
